i just looked at some yoshi's wooly world gameplay and it looks sooo fun. i love the art style also. did you ever play yoshi's island ds? that was a fun time.

I thought it was extremely unremarkable. Not bad by any means, but definitely undeserving to be considered in the same ranks as games like Bloodborne, MGS V, Halo 5, and Zelda.

Why? That's how they usually score.

oh i agree, i think it should have gotten a similar score that far cry 4 got (around an 84 or 85)

I think some of those predictions are pretty up there, but I think at the end of the year we will conclude that this year was a better year than 2014.

Some PC games:

Cities Skylines (PC) has a 86 on Metacritic.
Total War: Atilla has an 80 on Metacritic.
Avernum 2: Crystal Souls has an 82 on Metacritic.

Yeah, this year is miles better for everyone (even with Nintendo having games like Bayo 2, MK8 and Smash last year). Uncharted 4 really would've added that little something for Sony's side, but I think Bloodborne is big enough to fill that gap.

Oh, and Splatoon could end up being a critical gem. Early impressions from critics seem to be very positive in spite of some recent revelations. 

my prediction for the witcher is pretty high, but if bloodborne can get a 93.... i just see the witcher scoring that high based on endless positivity emminating from the game

Eh. I don't feel like the current Metacritic is off. If anything, I think that Far Cry 4 is rated too high.

nintendo had an amazing year last year. too bad it's overshadowed by how shitty ps4 and xbox one were last year. what score are you thinking splatoon will get? i'll add it up there
