Neh, I say it depends in this e3! If this e3 has wiiU games for 2016, then there is a 90% chance its a handheld but if it doesn't then I say its a 50:50. Atm, I think its a 70:30 in favor of it being a handheld considering it was announced at a mobile related press conference and the wiiU really doesn't look like this year is its last year

Although I can't argue MH5 being a big game for NX I'm still mad at capcom for not releasing MH4 on Wii U. So I'll say Mario Kart.

Pokemon MMO. It would be new yet not a new IP. It would be guaranteed to sell well and at the same time be there to attract new fans and drum up a new excitement. In other words, no risk with potentially massive reward. Just don't make it required to play with others as you can go through a region by yourself but also have potential for team ups and such.
