Wouldn't exactly make a whole lot of sense to bring Type 0 to consoles only to have the next Type game skip them again would it

So my question is when Tabata is done with FFXV and goes back to Type-1 (or whatever they call it) and Nomura is doing KH3 who does FFXVI?? I mean Toriyama probably isnt the best pick after the 13 saga.

The most recent rumour suggests it's likely to be Hiroyuki Ito.

Hmm, has been awhile since he directed a mainline FF. He directed 6, 9 and then 12. Being the fan of 12 that I am I would love to see him do another (although I kinda want Matsuno back too). Cant believe between 9 and 12 he did nothing, just 6 years of FFXII. That game really did take a long time for them considering they didnt have to go through the shit the XV team did.
