Huh... I actually really liked 1 and 2... But disliked 3 and everything after...

4 & 5 are very different to the preceeding games so I don't blame you for not taking to them (I personally loved them, but they're not for everyone).

But 3 was literally cut of the same cloth from WA1 & 2 (ability-based puzzle dungeons; Breath of Fire-inspired turn-based combat; high fantasy story with lots of interweaving plots), so I'm a lot more surprised that you didn't like that one.

Well, to be more specific I just found 3 decidedly average with a more sever dislike of everything after.  There were a bunch of little things that annoyed me about 3, but it has been so long since I played it that I am having a hard time remembering specifics.  I do remember how dumb I thought the combat looked as all the characters would just start running around randomly once you started the action on your turn.

I know that Tokyo Jungle is great, but what is the general consensus on Katamari, Gravity Rush, Dead Nation, and Myst?

Katamari is fun, if you have played some before it does have some recycled levels but there are new ones as well. Gravity Rush is one of the best vita exclusives, dead nation is fun only fully played it on the vita but it's good for couch co-op on the 3 and 4. I'm not sure how well Myst has aged I played it on the pc back when it came out.

Ugh... US only sales suck.
I want those games!

I don't live in the US but I set up an account on my ps3 and got games from this sale.  Once I've downloaded it i can play them off my normal account.

I'd advise you do the same.

This is an incredible sale. I played the shit out of payday 2 and even platinumed it. I've heard payday the heist is just as good if not better. I literally jizz_bearded myself when I seen it was there for less than a dollar. Only had 8 quid on my account too. Delighted, thanks for posting otherwise id have missed this!

I'm on holidays abroad so I bought it through my phone and put it in the download queue. So it'll be downloaded and installed when I get home next week!

Thank you I'll look further into them

1 is very of its era.  I find it quite difficult to play these days but ymmv.

If you're just getting into this series now, I'd recommend starting with 3 and seeing how you find that.  It's aged the best.

Something about #3 didn't click with me either. But #1 and especially #2, those games rocked.

Also - I hope people don't overlook Klonoa, that's a fun little game well worth $1.

I just got 7 games for under $7! Crazy deals. I got
-Syphon filter
-Nuclear Strike
-Soviet Strike
-Back to the Future
-Sam and Max
-Monkey Island

I've never played any of these but heard good things and for those prices ya can't go wrong.

I am Iron Man

Wild Arms 1 and 2, Breath of Fire 4 and Surgeon Simulator for less than 4 bucks! Sweet deal. Gonna play some Wild Arms this week!

Some amazing deals, there. Good chance to stack up on a few decent titles and a couple of great ones. Hopefully a few that got Gravity Rush for free will go ahead and buy it. Game deserves to sell better than it did.
