Right now there are spoilers happening already for the game, albeit some predictable and not too big (I'm guessing), but neverthelsess knowing them sets a tone of expectation (which is best saved for the full experience).  I accidentally spoiled one moment already by watching a video on GAF.  I'm going to try not to read into these spoilers for once myself anymore.  

I remember playing through MGS4 for the first time in 2008 without knowing anything about the story and I was definitely better off that way.  It was my first experience on the PS3.   Mindblowing.

I hope FFXV can at the very least equal that introduction into a new console.

How are my fellow VGCharterz going to proceed now with FFXV?  Do you think you have the will to resist spoiling at least the story of the game for yourself?

I doubt there is anything worth to spoil. At least with just words.

I'm good with resisting finding out about a games content. Examples I don't even know who is in the next Avengers film at all (never seen any trailers, I know the title of the film, that's about it) and I knew nothing about Dragon Age: Inquisition before I got it. I think I'll be fine.

But then again, we will be waiting another 4 years for the game so...

I highly doubt they'd put anything in the demo that would spoil an important experience in the full game

i saw some news about a teaser or a trailer inside the demo, (which if im not wrong had some spoilers in it) so i guess thats what you are talking about, and yeah i avoided it since i hate spoilers (i even consider seeing the summon a spoiler).

i personally dislike spoilers a lot and i have already seen to much of FFXV (normally i wouldnt have seen any footage of the demo but oh well...) i will be avoiding everything i can from now on... and i hope im not spoiled by a youtube thumbnail again.

not to worry, because everything that happens in the demo will not be in the finish game.

there are no spoilers, it just a small teaser that likely coming to the fill games. FF heavily depend on story (most jrpg obviously ) so it's impossible to let spoiler slip into the demo.

It's going to be a 40 hour game, even knowing a spoiler shouldn't ruin that whole experience

Personally, I'm not looking at any of the demo content until the game shows up here.

EDIT: By the game I mean Type 0, I'm definitely going to try the demo!

If someone leaked every single summon or spoiled a twist in the story that'd be a spoiler. But I get what you're saying, for you personally you want to go in knowing as little as possible. I think I've decided the same going forward, I mean I'll watch the E3 trailers but I'm not going to over indulge in media released officially or not.

Be sure not to watch the demo's secret movie then.

It is comforting to know that the heavy, dark theme of the game is intact though.
