I don't really hate any publisher, so I'll go with the publishers that the community hates the most. I actually like most games from EA and Ubisoft, mostly because I buy them 6 months after release. NFS Most Wanted and Assassin's Creed 2 are tops

Burnout Paradise and the Fight Night series from EA, the pioneers of ripping people off.

Slowly turning against PlatinumGames due to Kamiya's lowbrow gaijin shite, so the original Bayonetta from them.

I used to love you Ubisoft, what happened?

I can't say that I hate any dev/publisher...oh wait, there's Zynga...but I don't like any of their games.

As for those I dislike, I guess award goes to FEZ, good game from one of the biggest assholes in the industry.
