NPD February  2015:

3DS - 395k
PS4 - 342k
XBO - 276k
Wii U - 98k
PSV TV > 30k
PSV < 30k

Wow this month 3DS was on par with its launch month in March 2011, pretty impressive. The only month that has done better outside of holidays is Oct 2013 which had Pokemon+2DS

It's risky but I'm assuming the XB1 sales will go down and the PS4 sales will go up. No Titanfall and free Titanfall bundles and three big titles that will sell PS4s, one of which is a multiplat but currently selling on Amazon likes it's a PS4 exclusive.

March is also a 5 week month. 400k + for the PS4 and around 300k for the XB1.

XB1 300k - 310k?
PS4 440k - 450k?

No idea. I seem better at predicting gaps than I am at predicting actual sales.

I would say 400-420k for PS4 and 300k for X1.

No it cant, GBC & DSi had exclusive titles that werent playable on previous models yet are still considered the same as GB & DS. N3DS is no different.

Is gameboy color the same as gameboy? Why would you say ds and DSi is the same? Just because Nintendo says they are it doesn't make it true.

Guys, don't expect March bigger than February!!!
February is a bigger month, thank the tex season.

Look the other NPD by 2011, XB360/PS3/Wii have always sold less in March than in February, even if March is a 5 week month.

XBO in March of last year with the Titanfall boost have sold 311,000 in 5 week VS 258,000 of February (February was bigger week by week)


So, i predict:
PS4: 306,000
XBO: 248,000
3DS: 198,000
WiiU: 102,000
PSV: 50,000

Forget who came in first place, is anyone else not surprised how high those numbers are for current gen consoles?
PS4 - 342k
XBO - 276k

Combined over 600K in february, that's great. Whether you compare it with the same month in 2007 or 2008 it's a big improvement over PS360.

Ain't nobody got time to go through all of this thread, so I'll just ask it here.

Didn't the Wii U sell closer to ~93.5K? Or did I misunderstand Nintendo's PR statement (that Feb and Jan 2015 are up +20% from Feb and Jan 2014)/have the wrong data from 2014?



Bets:

1. If the Wii U sells closer to 10 million LTD by 1/3/2015 I win. If it sells closer to 9.5 million LTD by 1/3/2015 OfficerRaichu15 wins (winner gets 2 weeks of avatar control)--Lost.
