No, for one game I never bougth one console.
I think this question is comparable to what happened when Rare left Nintendo... The crowd didn't follow Banjo and Perfect Dark. And stayed loyal. However your suggesting what if there won't be a next Nintendo console.. in that case I'll follow Zelda and Mario.
And I would like it to appear on the Dreamcast 2 from Sega (Hypothetically). Because if either one of the competition will get the Nintendo mascottes, they will be too dominant and gaming in general will suffer from it. It's in the best interest of gaming that Nintendo continue to exist and walk their own path.
wow this thread was pretty popular, lets see what other people on the other side of the world think
no b.c i have a wii
and the rest are pretty expensive
not worth the graphics
| nintendo_fanboy said: Sounds like a question for me... Well, you had to define your question a little better... It depends... If the game is only licensed by Nintendo, then I'd definitely not cross over. If it is made by Nintendo, but a single exception, I probably wouldn't either. If Nintendo were to release all upcoming games for another platform, I'd definitely buy this platform. On another note, I think this is what Sega screwed up. If they had stayed exclusive to one console, their fanbase would have stuck, their games had sold better and they had way less financial trouble. |
I agree with this.
Nintendo Network ID: Cheebee 3DS Code: 2320 - 6113 - 9046

Lets go back in time and ask the same thing of SEGA with Sonic.
No matter what they say the answer is yes.

Hell yeah, I'd cross over!! I like the Nintendo brand, but the reason I'm a fan is because the games have always delivered. If the quality is still there, why wouldn't I follow?

The chances of Austria winning Euro 08 are a million times time higher than your made up scenario actually happening. Just to put in perspective how ridiculous your question is. |
That was uncalled for.
Greece won it in 2004, so crazier things have happened. What's wrong with a what if question?

Nothing wrong with an what if question, but this one is really way out there. Seriously, which kinds of events could lead to a Mario or Zelda game coming to the PS3 or 360? |
I think when I used the term "hypothetically" I kinda implied that it is not going to happen. But just say through some fluke or extreme situation it happened, even though it is a million to one odds, what would you do?
Geez Rol, you do this a lot man, No offense, but everyone else just answered the question, you had to find fault and try and embaress me. Why do you do this?
