In terms of graphical prowess I think I'd have to go with Resident Evil, but when it comes to personal preference it's Luigi's Mansion all the way.

I chose Revelations but I think Kingdom Hearts 3d and Kid Icarus: Uprising are great graphically as well.

3DS is no powerhouse, but I always found the graphics for RE: Revelations to be pretty amazing. Haven't played it myself, but IronFall looked pretty excellent as well.
I say resi revelations. Afterall capcom released it on 7th gen platforms and it worked with some graphical improvements

You're the one saying the DS Zelda games look better than ALBW. That's factually wrong. There's no way the DS could run ALBW.
It's possible to have an objective discussion about graphics. What you're doing however is something else entirely.
I posted the images and the difference between the remakes and ALBW is pretty big. The remakes look very murky while ALBW looks much sharper. It's quite obvious which game suffers the most from aliasing. And it's not ALBW.
How on earth are my tastes wrong when I think Echoes is the best Metroid lol? That's an opinion. Why do you even bring this up? It has nothing to do with the discussion at hand.
Out of the ones I've played, LM: Dark Moon, MM3D and SM3DL are the best looking. FE: Awakening has some beautiful cutscenes though.
Oh, and RE: Revelations deserves some credit for fully utilizing the 3DS' capabilities.
