The demo alone is outright gorgeous.

Graphics and Nintendo 3DS don't really mix...

...but I would say that Mario Kart 7 has pretty good graphics compared to other 3DS games

Best graphics would go to Mario Kart 7, but I voted for Smash. The fact that it runs as well as it does while still looking good on the 3DS hardware is simply astonishing, and to me makes it the most impressive 3DS game graphically.

Knowing the technical details, I vote IronFall invasion. From what I've seen myself, Resident Evil: Revelations. The graphics I enjoyed the most probably would be Monster Hunter.
