Really? I mean come on guys, it says it right there in the quote that there is a restriction. How are people missing it? Are people only reading the title? It clearly says that for games that come late to Xbox One they have to new levels or something along that line for them to publish on Xbox One.

At least MS seems to be making the right moves recently, after a disastrous start.


Exactly why MS never needs to be in a power position again. They will 180 right back if they think they can get away with it.

It's the first I've heard about it. Sony definitely does not have this rule inplace right now, Sony doesn't care what indies do with exclusives etc. If you have a link please provide.
