- Not by much. Joltik and Wooper are million times cuter. And in Gen 1, there's Lapras, Horsea, Pikachu, and Caterpie, which are all cuter than Squirtle.

- You need to look closely again cause he clearly is
- Squirtle is cuter than pikachu caterpie, lapras, horsea joltik and especially that derp known as wooper.
