PS4 is selling about 800k a month so far this year, so with three and a months to E3 that equals 2.8m. add that to the 20.2m figure then that equals a nice round 23m.

PS4 keeps surpriseing, thats why I went bold and and choose the 25m option.

I don't think any sales updates until they reach the milestone of 25M, which should be around august. I'd imagine an announcement at Gamescom going like "We've sold 25M units to date and to sell more we're cutting the price to $/€299 starting today/next week." Boom! Crazy momentum going into the holidays and just before MGS5. (watch Japan sales skyrocket)

Im sure theyre going to want to say 25m shipped at the conference so theyll try hard.
but I think sold through is only going to reach 23.
That amounts to 250k~ per week which is pretty huge going into the summer.

Now that I think about it 22.5 seems more reasonable.
Unless they have a price cut in march, fingers crossed.
I already have a prediction running where 250k is almost required, so I am hoping for that price cut and possible slim model at e3
