According to this. He can freeze time too. That'll stop Flash dead in his tracks (pun intended). .

 

The Flash can travel back in time, and punch him while he's on his mother's womb. Stopping time does nothing to Flash as long as he has Speed Force. :P

As soon as I saw the thread title, I thought "this would get out of hand really fast". Thing is, the Marvel and DC universes have some super exaggerated characters. Some of those characters can alter reality, and some of them are basically variations of "god". That being said, Kirby and Samus are the two most powerful Nintendo characters I know of (Kirby is stronger than DragonballZ characters), so they'll be able to take out most of the regular comic book characters, but they don't stand a chance against the cream of the crop.
