Ganondorf beats Master Chief.
Link barely beats Ganondorf with his Triforce of Courage, but gets owned by either Master Chief or Samus.
Samus and Master Chief could tie, but if Samus had her crazy corruption powers from Metroid Prime 3, she'd own him ridiculously hard.
