Darth Malak Battle, the track behind the final battle in the epic top room of the Star Forge in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. The game is filled with amazing music and includes possibly the greatest video game soundtrack of all-time, but the music during the final dual, that starts after the most epic Star Wars monologue ever, is the pinnacle.

I also like every Ganondorf battle music in the Zelda games, with the Wind Waker's one probably being my favorite.

Easily my favorite final boss theme. I often find the songs of final boss fights to be too dark.
They often lack that epic melody you want to hear when you fight him. This song, however, nails it.

Edit.: Although it's technically no boss-fight (rather the complete final mission of the game) but i also really like ID(purpose)

I agree that KOTOR has fantastic music. Jeremy Soule has definitely earned his place among the best game composers thanks to KOTOR, Skyrim, and several other games imo.

Listening to it right now makes me want to replay the game again .
