Yeah, the reason why they wouldn't have that option is due to people just making up ghost accounts (like stated up above).

There would need to be mega restrictions on who can and cannot give VG$. I like the idea of post requirement, but maybe also add in a member since requirement as 500 posts would take some of the more.... devote VGC members 2 weeks to achieve. Is there any faster way to make 1k+ VG$ in 2 weeks? Didn't think so. 3-6 month as a member, 500-1000 posts, and add in moderator approval of the transfers, with the user sending money stating a reason why and I can see it working. Otherwise this is just begging for an epic fail.
