Yepp, and that is the way it always has been on VGC. Vasto and Nsanity were perfect examples of this.
Though i imagine somebody will try bumping your thread as they just did because of your post, so you can expect fake posts in there now that you brought it up

While the only time a MS thread will gain traction is when its confrontational. For example:

Yepp. Talk about being unwelcomed, look at Xbox threads in general across VGC

I don't think that's the reason why that post didn't get that many posts, I think the reason is because the original post is long winded and only includes quotes from other website. Making a shorter more concise thread would greatly benefit the whole thread and bring in more posts. I also do see this in alot of posts in the Xbox Empire thread were chunks of texts are copied.

On that same train of thought, would the thread be made as a result of this thread? And similarly, not posted in as a result of this thread to prove a point?
And then people might start posting to prove my post wrong...
That line of thinking can go both ways and doesnt lead anywhere constructive imo.

The solution is to actually focus on making the site better. Updates, leadership, and consistent numbers. Stop focusing on trivial things to create drama. And part of the blame goes on the mods too, so step back and look at yourselves a little bit before trying to put sole blame on 4 threads that have thrived in positivity which this forum severely lacks.

Go look through Vasto and Nsanity's threads and you will know exactly what he is talking about. Though will you ignore that too? This is a common occurence, not a singular incident though we can act like it isnt to support our point.

Like i said in my initial post i do believe there is a place for them in the community. But i also believe the negative elements exist and that they need to be dealt with.

I think Smeags made it clear that he is posting as member not as head mod. Similarly my thoughts on this are as a member. We are free to raise issues just as anyone else is. I dont think anyone has put "sole blame" on to the nation threads. This thread doesnt seem to be a thread about all things wrong with Vgc.
