It's good that Nintendo is officially making a Mario stage creatorbut that basically eliminates NSMB X in the future... unless they can add something really interesting that people would choose that over Mario Maker. Hence, I think that is why Nintendo held out on this for such a long time.

I'll say this: I'm going to buy this game no matter what. The concept is fool proof...really, how can it fail. But, I'd really hope for this title to get the new Nintendo budget price of $39.99.

I want this game to sell like hotcakes, with syrup, and powdered sugar, wrapped in a bacon! Why?

Two reasons...First, Zelda Maker (That's top down 2D and side scroll 2D!)

Second....Metroid Maker. Even if the levels had to be scaled down to bite sized chunks...the idea of creating a Metroidvania within a very small world still has its potential. I mean, for the most part, when you get down to it, 2D Metroid is mostly a series of item rooms connected by long passages and narrow shafts. Certainly this style of gameplay can happen within the confines of one large level or five smaller ones.

I think it`ll be safe to say this will be a 40 dollar price point game. It`s simpler looking in comparison to their bigger games.
