So how long after the embargo lifts before we'll actually see reviews come up?

Almost immediately.  Within the minute reviews will come into existence and then over the next hour we will be flooded. Depending on how much of an ass IGN wants to be, the will post right away or days later lol.  Get ready, here they come.

Another german review:
pros:
- interesting story
- great graphics
- cinematic game experience works!

cons:
- script failures get you out of the game
- close to no replay value
- the implied weapon inventions are seldom used

I'm guessing that means you can pretty much play through the game with just the Assault rifle and standard pistol and that swapping out for the special weapons is just for the lulz and doesn't actually improve your ability to take down the enemy. Good ole bullets FTW!

Bit of a shame about the lack of replay value. I have the game pre-ordered and am looking forward to it but I would have liked for it to have offered more modes(co-op, online, higher difficulties etc). Perhaps the sequel will be the "Uncharted 2" that offers a more complete package. I find it interesting that Titanfall(a notable X1 exclusive) was shunned for it's lack of true single player campaign whilst The Order is being blasted for lack of co-op/multiplayer.

I don't want to spoil so feel free to press ctrl+a to reveal that the game sometimes gives you the weapons as the only weapon so you at least use them once.

Quite positive from the looks of it. Do they give scores?

We live in a world where paying $60 for one mode is simply asking too much of us when there are plenty of games out there offering better experiences. You wouldn't see such negativity had these games been of no interest to anyone but they both offer cool and unique worlds that us as players would like to get to know better so it is a little disappointing when it feels like you're only getting half the experience.

It should have really had at least a co-op mode... The game has been in the making since 2010...

expecting a 70-73 meta out of this.

yea that sounds realistic

early reviews might be a bit more positive, like usual, but in the end it seems like a mid to low 70s meta is the most probable end result in my opinion

edit: ok, it looks like I was a bit too optimistic after all

A 4 player co-op survival mode would be cool

Wouldn't have been the hardest thing to code in either =/
