I think the data that ioi receives is super delayed... like 3 weeks delayed.  Anyway, he isn't able to keep up with NPD (llast month he got it that day.)  Another hint that his info is delayed are the super delayed retroactive adjustments.

yeah most of the games are over 2 years old and were late ports
