I haven't signed it. Personaly I think that the friend code thing is a good idea. (If you use it in the right way, like for instance in the yu-gi-oh-games.) Besides I don't want to hear curses of young kids over voice chat.

There are still some good points in the petition. However it are not enough to let me sign it.

This will work as well as the Nintendo boycott petition because of the supply constraints, which didn't work at all...

 Also as far as the point about cheating goes, it happens on any online game, but to say its a huge problem they haven't addressed is wrong, as I heard about Nintendo fixing some things with some of their DS WiFi games so I tested it for myself the only game I could even connect to other people online was Animal Crossing, so no Mario Kart, No MPH, no Star Fox, etc they've addressed cheating period and they're trying to get rid of it.
