Just for Majora's Mask?

I'd say no, but Majora's Mask plus Link Between Worlds (since it sounds like you're a Zelda fan), is getting close. Throw in Kid Icarus Uprising (my recommendation) and Fire Emblem, and yeah the 3DS is worth it.

I've always wanted to play those games, along with Luigi's Mansion and Bravely Default. My only gripe is that game prices never fall. :(

I wouldn't say solely, but there are so many other great games to get on the 3ds. If you can find 3 or 4 other games that interest you I say go for it. Majoras Mask is one of my favorite games ever but it's hard to tell a person to spend 250 just for one game
