Honestly, there's no way to know before they are released. Both are very different games, and we didn't see too much of the new Zelda to tell which one is better now.

Who cares if one game outshines another, all that matters is that these two great games are coming to wii u.

Well, they have shown that 4 minute gameplay video of Aonuma wandering around aimlessly, which clearly shows the game is going to suck because it was horrendously downgraded since E3 and even then still had framerate issues, and that's not even talking about the ridiculously empty overworld, lack of music and especially the horrible kiddy artstyle they went with.

Meanwhile, they've shown like 3 different X trailers since E3. Some based on the explorations and ways to navigate the world while showing the incredebly big and beautiful overworld, with all the wildlife calmly walking by in harmony to the world; and others showing off some cut-scenes that "explains" (very vaguely) the story or conflict, which in contrast shows the amazing detail in graphics and OST that the game will have.

Game, set and match. 



Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

I don't think so.

There are enough gaps in the Wii U's library for both to be remembered fondly. I don't think they will release too close together anyway

That is with all the side quests and collectables. I'm sure the main story wont be more than 60 hours. Same as Xenoblade.

Xenoblade is a JRPG with hideous-looking characters. It's not going to do a single thing against the wide appeal of Zelda.

The quality of X is looking dang good, so it may be close to Zelda in quality, but Nintendo almost always have the best quality when it comes to their games. Ninten is hard to beat when it comes to quality ; ) Either way, who cares?? The Wii U is getting awesome games this year, including these two!

I'm a completionist and basically I need to complete at least 90% of the game if I can't 100%. XCX I probabbly could do 90% but will take too much time and won't happen before Zelda U (even the main story part). Also, I have MM 3D to play through the Summer.
