It was recruiting for 3DS development as Monolith Soft Kyoto was working on 3DS games. They've worked on several 3DS games like Animal Crossing: New Leaf, A Link Between Worlds. Monolith Soft Kyoto is literally all artists so don't expect games directly from them

I suppose there's always the possibility it's just artwork that never got further than that. But I hope it's an ongoing project.
