well PS is lacking a Platinum exclusive (both nintendo and MS already have one) and the fanbase is mostly on PS since the PS3 version of rising sold 3 times as much as the 360 one, but that being said it would be a very shitty move regardless of that.

anyway PS does need a Platinum exclusive

Well it may be PS4 exclusive in Asia, I mean MGR was a PS3 exclusive in Japan (not sure about the rest of Asia though).
XBO and PC are definitely still a possability

Despite how vocal their fans are, Platinum are small potatoes. Sony don't really need anything from them, not that it would hurt.

The "Metal Gear" here has more selling power than the "Platinum" does.
