If this translation is to be believed, Nintendo would most likely  remaster an obvious game and I am calling either Mario Galaxy or Twilight Princess.

I think Sunshine is most likely:

-Fills a 3D Mario slot
-Paint/water mechanics could utilise Splatoon engine (or vice versa, could Splatoon be an experiment derived from Sunshine remake?)
-Gamecube games not otherwise playable on Wii U
-Underappreciated at time (similar to WW)

Punch out would be smart if the Wii U was highly populated by casuals or non-gamers. I think they are going to try and satisfy the core.
