I'd probably say Wii, alot of people remember it for all the shovelware and dismisss it as a casual/fad machine but it has some really great games.

Currently loving that Ouya. It can:

-Use the competition's controller
-Emulate Dreamcast, N64, PS1, PSP, SNES, DS, etc
-Download free games
-Transfer apps from an Android phone
-More!

Got mine for like $59 and it turned out awesome. You have to be willing to bend the rules with it, though.

The N64 is not underrated at all, quite the opposite. It's a brutally overrated console imo and so is Dreamcast.

GC and specially Xbox win as my choices for most underrated consoles.
