What is your favorite thing about the big 3?  What is your favorite games by them, and what is your most anticipated by them?

Microsoft

My favorite thing about Microsoft is their innovation towards online gaming for consoles. There is a lot of memories i have with Xbox Live and I'm glad they continue to make it better.  To this day I believe its the best place for online gaming. I think they make brilliant multiplayer games and it really seems to be their expertise.

On the other side I'd improve their focus on japanese games.  While they have worked on getting D4 and Scalebound as first party ip theyre also missing out on some of my most anticipated games Persona 5 and Disgaea 5.  While these arent games that sells millions Microsoft should learn that it still boosts your library and japanese games are important for that.  Two amazing looking games that theyve missed out on.  Work on Lost Odyssey 2 Microsoft


Favorite Games - Gears of War, Halo, Killer Instinct, Forza, and Banjo-Kazooie
Most Anticipated - Phantom Dust, Ori and the Blind Forest, and Scalebound

Sony

Personally I find Sony's hardware to be top notch in the gaming industry.  Both with PS3 and PS4 they have come out with a hardware focused mind. Even the Vita is amazing really. Back in 2009-2010 i was actually a bit of a fanboy for PS3 as they had one of the best stretches in first party lineups i have ever seen.  Theyre a company that has really focused on the core of first parties.  Out of all the big three, i think theyre the most surprising as they tend to chance AAA new ip's more than the others.  Just like i said Microsoft's expertise was multiplayer, i think Sony's is singleplayer.

If i were to improve Sony, id go for the online component.   I personally have never cared for PSN other than when i was in love with Killzone 2, but even then the online functionality was more difficult than it needed to be.  While Sony has improved PSN over the years i havent found that game from sony that tells me this is where i need to play online.  This is why id like to see Sony focus on a good multiplayer game over singleplayer.

Favorite Games - Uncharted, The Last of Us,  ICO&The Shadow of Collosus, and Ratchet & Clank.
Most Anticipated - Bloodeborn, The Last Guardian, and Uncharted 4

Nintendo 

I like their creativity towards their first party ip.  I think they have some of the most creative level designs out of any developer in the industry.

I know my nintendo lists isnt as long as the others but outside of developers I want to see Nintendo on two fronts.  One being their hardware as they feel like toys to me and two being a more modern company.  I really think they need to expand outside the cartoony games and work on expanding their portfolio with new ip's focused on multiple age groups

Microsoft - Can go back to PC

Favorite: Crimson Skies

Sony - Keep improving their hardware reliability each generation.

Favorite: Twisted Metal 1-3, Gran Turismo 1-4

Nintendo - Have similar hardware specs to their competitors

Favorite: Fire Emblem, Advance Wars, Animal Crossing, Mario Kart

Persona, Disgaea, Final Fantasy, and Dragon Quest should certainly help out with that :)

Nintendo: Best games and free online
Microsoft: Achievements and best online gaming.
Sony: Best and most powerful hardware, PS+, and lots of great exclusives.

They make awesome games but i would like more new mature games (actually made by Nintendo), i think they could come up with pretty awesome stuff

Microsoft
they have made a good job at getting exclusives, but hey Microsoft just one thing!, keep youre exclusives on youre system dont let them go to PC, that just devaluates the perceived value of the exclusive and the system.

Sony
Advertise more of youre Japanese stuff and try to localize as much Japanese games as you can, there are still some awesome Japanese exclusives for the PS3 that werent localized and will probably never be.

Id be ok with this.  I love the vita.  Probably my favorite handheld ive ever owned and it has the potential to be here for years and years.  Really wish they would support it more.

In the mean time ill keep hoping for a Persona 5 announcement and Danganrompa 3 xD

MS: Keep pushing on PlayStation's back and secure exclusive content. Improve company view for more trust.
Favourite: Halo, Age of Empires, Rise of Nations, Age of Mythology

Sony: Support Vita, man. Stop bashing competitors at E3's because even though it works in your favor, it's not cool.
Favourite: Terraway, Uncharted

Nintendo: Seriously.....STOP innovative with gimmicky controllers. Innovate with software. Make sure your cool in UK, kinda like in France/Germany. Have Hardware match or outmatch competition in power.

Favourite: Zelda, Smash, Kid Icarus, Kirby , Fire Emblem, Pikmin.

Sony

What I love: The trophy system, we can now create party chats, we can now buy season pass for our favorite shows, the controller, best and powerful hardware, the exclusives are great and there's more of them on Playstation.

Things to Improve and options to add : More support for the PS Vita, Add the option to hide some trophies not only from others but from yourself, add the option to sort the trophies in alphabetical order, Improve PSN's security to stop the ddos attacks, Include Trophy Leaderboards.

Favorite Games: Uncharted, The Last of Us, inFAMOUS

Most Anticipated PS4 Exclusives: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance, Bloodborne, Until Dawn and Persona 5

Microsoft Best: They have a simple & clean interface that makes it easy to navigate everything. Plus, Inlike their money...it can pay for things to improve XBox

Microsoft Needs to Improve: Lack of 1st party games. It's great that they are able to pay for exclusives but I'd like to see them create more of their own games. Acquire more developers.

Sony Best: They are the best at creating new IP's without a doubt. They are comfortable giving original IP's a chance & give their developers the most freedom

Sony Needs to IImprove: The interface of the consoles need to improve. The PS4 looks pretty mediocre at the menu screen. Just a straight line with little order

Nintendo Best: They are still pushing local multiplayer more than anyone else. Mario Kart & Smash Bros alone are nearly worth the price of admission.

Nintendo Needs to Improve: They need to stop trying to innovate for the sole purpose of standing out. The duel screens and Wii Remote were one thing but 3D & Gamepad takes things too far. So far, neither add much to the experience but both raise the cost. Not cool Nintendo
