Forums - Gaming - You ever have those moments where you just want EVERYTHING out?

I was just listening to a podcast that is still dissecting the last Nintendo Direct and between the it, the news on Pokken, and the now available Kirby footage I can't help feeling like: "I WANT IT ALL NOW!!!"

Anyone else feel like that recently? I know we all get excited for upcoming games but most of us understand that games take time and effort to be high-quality so we can usually restrain that, but do you ever get the urge to shout how you want all those promising games now?

Yeah, generally during third to fourth quarter of the year, i tend to feel like that.

Yeah, mostly because publishers announce everything upwards of two goddamn years early in some cases.

Been waiting for Tekken X Street Fighter for quite some time. The longer the wait, the more things to be added, which means a much bigger game. Wish capcom had taken another year to work on Street Fighter X Tekken, but, they didn't. 2016 will be here before Tekken X Street Fighter, and I want namco to take their time with it..

But, given how companies tend to handle games these days, I can wait. Rather have it finished, than rushed, with half the game behind a pay-wall.

Yeah usually during the Summer when I'm bored and play through the Plus games as soon as they're out lol. Right now though I've got Prototype 2, South Park, Retro City DX PS4, and Duke Nukem PS4 to get through before the Order comes out but after that I might be bored. Though I haven't gotten GTA5 next gen so if it's $30...

I have been saying that for the next doom game for somewhere near a decade. So tired of the talk about it, just want it to finally come out and be the game to end all games. But in terms of wanting "everything now" not really. I kind of like being able to focus on 1 or 2 story games at a time, with an additional sports game for breaks and co op.
