Minecraft is about to get even more popular. Part of Microsofts HoloLens tech demo, they showed off how holographic gaming would work with Minecraft. The HoloLens headpiece is entirely self-powered so you wouldn’t need a PC or Phone to get it to work unlike Oculus Rift. More images of Minecraft with HoloLens below. i always said "i don't understand why rift doesn't have a camera on the front"
guess if you really want to get into the new stuff you will have to buy 5 or even more devices.... -.-

The lenses are see-through so I don't think it will do VR.

I assume the whole glass reticle can be illuminated, and be able to go "fullscreen".
