- Ultra Street Fighter 4
- Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3
- Super Smash Bros. Wii U
- Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN
- Killer Instinct
- Mortal Kombat X
- Persona 4 Arena Ultimax
- Super Smash Bros. Melee
- Tekken 7 (arcade)

Note: MarkMan mentioned that Namco will bring a playable version of Tekken 7 to various events this year for players to try out before EVO.

Earlier: The folks behind the EVO tournament series are announcing the official game line-up for this year's event tonight.
Mr. Wizard will be joining Mike Ross over at the Twitch offices in order to make tonight's announcements.

Updated:Nine games have been officially announced for the EVO 2015 line-up. Mortal Kombat X and Tekken 7 (on arcade) -- two games that haven't been released yet -- have been included on this year's list.

I am so happy that both Melee and Sm4sh made it. It's also nice to see Killer Instinct getting some more attention along with Guilty Gear!

The rest is fucking awesome though, MKX, Tekken 7, P4AU and Guilty Gear =D
Capcom's offerings arent all that interesting though, the same as always.

If Smash 4 is to slow, why don't they just make tournament play require that your character has their speed stat maxed out and just play with customs on. That's basically Turbo Mode for Smash, right?

I don't see why that'd be an issue. They have no issue with playing with modded Brawl disks. How would this be worse?

Sakurai literally gave players a way to roughly "Project M" Smash 4. If they are patient enough to recode an entire game, I don't see why they can't do those same character tweaks in custom Smash.

Quite a few new games this year, it's definitely going to be an interesting year especially for MKX and Tekken 7. I also really like watching high level play on ArcSystem games, god those combos just become absolutely insane.
