Gameplay wise you can't go wrong.  The story is terrible, though.  But you can usually pick up the title pretty cheaply.  I'd also like to add to your growing list of titles, Elebits.  Sometimes the motion controls are a bit wonky...but in general there is a ton of content and a really cool premise.  Oh yeah...the story is even worse than other M...but more forgivable since it isn't freaking Metroid.  btw...I'm sure in your title you meant "a" Wii.

Not a metroid fan and I have plentyyyyyyyyyy to play even more when buying 2 new consoles besides my backlog on PS3.

A vocal minority hates it, but my advise is to look some vids and then decide. You can always buy cheap and sell later in case you don't like it. I saw a complete 100% walkthrough before buying and it's now one of my favorites games.

Interestingly enough...if you pronounce it like you have it written it is another word...ennui (more or less).  I'll ask you this....would you eat a watermelon...or an watermelon?  It's the same sound.

Does it have backward compatibility? You should get F-Zero GX and Paper Mario Thousand Year Door. Soul Caliber 2 was pretty good as well and had Link as a playable character.

These games will almost certainly not be dropping in price. But they will probably be sold digitally for $20 on Wii U and future Nintendo consoles, so you could wait till then.
