Chansey and Muk

Muk would wall out Jolteon. Muk has a pretty decent attack and jolteon has pretty terrible defense

pretty sure its not that kinda of competition. and even so Bulbasaur would beat chansey pretty easily. leech seed, synthesis sludge bomb to hopefully poison and giga drain. Leech seed would basically heal him up by nearly 40% every turn. add in an eviolite and :)
