aha.... But still it is not the law. Also technically disturbing. Just think, where is the mother in all of this?  Down the street from me the dad shagged his sons wife so his the poor lad was raising his brother or his son. That was nothing you would want replicating. This though is even worse. 

Yh I get it, people should be free to do what they want, but where does he law stop. Should killers be able to muder people because they want to? I know its an extreme example.

I think a degree of common sense needs to be applie and every case is different, same as suicide, that's pretty serious and illegal, you wouldn't (and rarely has it happened) locked someone up for a failed attempt tho would you.

Incest is not illegal only due to the morality behind it, incest is also illegal due to the natural biological tendencies of our DNA. Inbred babies are way WAY more likely to have physical defects, heart problems, brain problems, shorter lifespans, missing limbs, learning disablilities, deficiency in basic comprehension, diseases and yeah...

Not only do I believe incest is wrong but clearly so does nature. Our DNA is formed in such a way that it can learn to evolve, it has to evolve, when you get two of the same immedaite family to mate and have children your DNA is not branching out far enough and it can very well lead to problems if a baby is born.

It's not like one member of a new species just kind of pops out of the old one.  The whole population, or a subset of that population, evolves over time as a group as DNA is shared between them through sexual reproduction. I guess if you go back far enough incest may have been necessary, but it wouldn't be necessary for every species.  

What does google matter? You get stupid racist, sexist, homophobic little kids on Xbox live too. Typically those types are unintelligent anyhow.

It's pretty evident opinions have changed and are continuing to change. It's irrational after and more and more people are questioning how and why (and where is the logic) to be homophobic) statistics are wildly in favour of people becoming more accepting as well.

Incest is a bad idea for a reason. Inbreeding is known to cause health defects and lower overall health of a population. It even has a name; inbreeding depression. Now, granted we sometimes breed animals like this to populate a particular characteristic, but if any of them come out deformed, we typically put them down. We don't do that with people.

When you get right down to it, the only reasons homosexuality is ever condemned are cultural. There are biological reasons incest is a no-no.
