YES! Because it doesnt really matter ( on Wii U and 3DS ) since the games i have doesn't have voice chat.

Pretty much unless I think they're a creep. But then again, I don't really get a bunch of random requests. Usually I know everyone who adds me whether it's on PSN or Miiverse.

No, not even remotely. The vast majority of people on my friends list, are actual friends in RL, and a few folks I've met through on-line dialogue. I do not accept out of the blue requests, and I generally dislike adding people I don't know.

I always look at their friendslist first. I they have friends that I know or if they have almost no friends at all because they're new online I'll add them. Otherwise I'll wait a short while or just refuse.

I'll pretty much just accept any friend request I get. If I keep them on my friends list is a different story. If you annoy me, haven't been online for months, send me a lot of game invites to stuff I'm not playing, I'll end up deleting them. I get a lot of friend requests when I'm playing a souls game or something with multiplayer features and I actually use it.

I only add people I know. I've gotten friend requests from randoms before, but I always just delete them.
