What the title says.

For me, I love GTA V. I don't like that I can't change miles to km without changing the language, it's really stupid and very simple to implement.

Also, the GPS. I wish the route was indicated on the road itself so i can focus on the landscape more, instead of having to look at the bottom left corner of the screen all the time.

I absolutely love Zelda games, almost everything about them.

However, I HATE that the intro/tutorial segments of almost every game are so slow and it can take a long time for the game to pick up (there are a few exceptions to this though).

a) him being stuck on a Kasplat
b) Glitching the start of the race so you start off in Orangsprint.

Pokemon games keep adding and taking away features with every game, instead of building a monumental and definitive game. The same with Mario Kart.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

I CAN'T STAND the 9th colossus in SotC. It's this one:

It's the only fight that pisses me off. It's damn near luck based.

Other than this, I don't know... Okami beginning is slow as shit and Chrono Trigger's first third is not as mind-blowing as the rest of the game?

The thing about creating "definitive" versions of a game is that you end up forcing yourself to go over the top with each new entry of the series. Not only does this make older entries obsolete over time, but the series as a whole becomes stale and more predictable.

With games like Pokémon and Mario Kart, you can always revisit the older entries and appreciate what makes them unique. Their replay value does not diminish with each new entry because adding more and more feaures and polygons is not Nintendo's means of keeping a series interesting and fresh. They resort to more creative solutions.

OT:

Halo: CE

- Inconsistent checkpoints

- Roadkills from incredibly slight pushes by vehicles

- Poor weapon balancing

Halo 2 and 3

- General campaign theme shifting from mystery/exploration to generic sci-fi action (Props to 343 Industries for bringing the former back in Halo 4)

- Brutes

Skyrim

- Game-breaking bugs

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic

- Tedious boss battles

Jet Force Gemini

- Bear collecting

Puzzles in Zelda.
