Why could PS3 never fully rebound like it did in Europe ?

Perhaps because x360 was more liked in US like PS3 was more liked in Europe? 360 still has strong sales today for a console which gets not that much support. It's a great console with a very good software line-up and it's quite affordable.

Tell us something we don't know, it was 2m overtracked well over a year ago, has never been adjusted.

I know how MS can easily beat Sony they just should introduce a new calendar:
