Too much stuff on the cover.

Yeah too noisy, but still better than MK8's ugly red box, though atleast that was fixable.

This is why most box art for games is bland and uninspiring. Companies somehow feel that predictable, boring artwork is the best way to communicate with the impulse shopper.

I already know the game isn't for me BUT they could've made an appealing boxart, nonetheless. IMO the way it looks now will detract from sales instead of attracting them. Way too much noise on there. |
They're trying to reflect what the game looks like in the boxart, not submit it to a gallary. It's an accurate representation of the game and will catch people's attention. What more can you ask for?
I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.
Doesn't do justice to the game, looks a bit generic.
My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
I don't like it that much but I don't care as long as the game is good
