These two games are slated for the first half of 2015 yet at today's Nintendo Direct, there was no mention of them. Have they silently been delayed to the second half of the year or are they just planning on giving more details at a later date?

In two weeks, Nintendo will have their quarterly fiscal report and investor meeting, release dates have been announced in the past at these events. For example, last year they announced the release date for Mario Kart 8 in the January report so could we get more info on one or both these games later this month?

I think Mario Maker could still be April with Yoshi in the he summer, maybe June or July with the other month shored up with some Wii game eshop releases.

Probably there's at least one game-focused direct coming between now and E3. Typically that's done about a month from NA release.

Yeah, they will definitely talk more about them at a later date.. Mario's Maker might be an April release, while Yoshi is going to be a summer release, since Splatoon is coming out in May!

I think Yoshi is delayed. But if Mario Maker is delayed too, Nintendo needs to get new developers. Like, it's just a compilation of Mario games with customization!

you would think they will be able to get a compilation mario game maker before a friken hd mario party :P
