Are you sure the first game was 12 sq mi? Because I've hard multiple different sizes.

My only problem with the visuals are jaggies and pop-in. Hope they improve the AA (or resolution) and whichever LOD they're using. The blurriness can be explained away by youtube's compression, but jaggies can't.
