I would definately add.zombiu to that list. Wonder if ubi still consider it a flop now its probably past a million

No need to remember, you can just look because Nintendo is incredibly open with their software/hardware figures unlike the other two manufacturers: http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/en/sales/hard_soft/

GCN: 208.57 million/21.74 million = Tie: 9.6

Wii: 901.41 million/101.23 million = Tie: 8.9

WiiU: 41.67 million/7.29 million = Tie: 5.7

Consider that the WiiU is still young (albeit dead) and so its software tie ration hasn't had time to mature. Nevertheless, it has the highest tie ratio of all the consoles at current unless I've missed numbers. Chartz WiiU software tracking is crazy poor.

plus a lot of wii u games are undertracked/ starting to have high digital(ex: wind waker hd, mk8, pikmin 3, toad)

I 100% agree. I really want to get Pikmin 3 but you legit can't find it anywhere. Unless you want to pay like $80 for it on Amazon, that is. And yeah, there's no way I'm getting another Wii U game from the eShop, memory is just way too low. Oh well, hopefully Nintendo gets this game back in cirulation soon, though I'm not holding my breath...

You can't compare attach rate for console after two years on market and consoles that are out of market.

Hmm, that's weird. Cannot understand why Pikmin 3 became so rare almost instantly. I mean, it took a while with Pikmin 2.



My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Almost every Nintendo 1st party game is million seller on instal base of around 9m.

In 2015, DKC TF, hyrule warriors, bayonetta 2, lego city, pikmin 3 and zombi U should all reach 1 million (even if they must include digital). Although zombi U and pikmin 3 may have to wait untill late 2015.

New releases that will definetely reach 1m in 2015 are Zelda and star fox. New games that almost certainly will reach 1m are splatoon, mario maker, xenoblade x, yoshi wooly world and mario party 10. Kirby and devil's third may do it, it's hard to know. If we get games like pokken fighters, animal crossing and metroid in 2015, they will easily sell 1m+ too.

The yearly skylanders and just dance might do it if they keep the current yoy increase pace. If third parties remember how to do their jobs properly, at least some of their multiplats will be million sellers.

I guess among current and future games, at least 21 will be million sellers in 2015.
