You listed games from PS4's first year and a half or two years on the market (assuming the unreleased ones make it this year), and not even all the games from PS3's first year in Japan.
PS3 also had the likes of Dynasty Warriors 6, Virtua Fighter 5, Devil May Cry 4, that Yakuza spin-off, Metal Gear Solid 4, Gran Turismo 5: Prologue, Bladestorm, Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, etc... in its first year and a half. I feel tempted to include even more gamers from late 2008 since u included the likes of Street Fighter V and MGS5 in your list for PS4, but I think the point still stands as it is.
I think PS4 might have a higher number of titles releasing, but the difference is that PS3's were mostly all exclusive, and many of them released much closer to the PS3's launch. However, I expect third-party developers to ditch the PS3 by 2016.
