Well you are using the term wrongly and I suggest you stop using it. You can't use a word incorrectly that spreads falsehoods and then simply claim it's the word you use to express something different to the definition. But seriously you must still have some kind of warranty, unless you bought a launch model and really for anyone that buys a launch model you should always buy an extended warranty, it's a big risk your basically the stress testers for this new console.

It's some kind of bug so hopefully you can fix it or call up Sony see what they say, they're known to be somewhat reasonable.

Nah i bought it brand new on the Destiny release and i didn't purchase the warranty because i simply didn't want to spend the cash on something that may or may not happen.

But i was bitter about the PS4 ejecting. I took the disc out but it kept ejecting as if there was a disc still inside every 5 or so seconds and it wouldn't stop. Turned it off and back on only for it to immediately start auto ejecting again non stop.

I says it's the power and eject contact buttons. They work with induction. And can auto trigger or be blocked by certain light sources. I was fixing my friends PS3 fat. And his eject button wouldn't work when a disc was in the drive. And it would activate the console when pressed. Found out I bent the top where it wasn't making contact with the button right. It was triggering only half of the eject functions. And I had the system under a lamp. I move it away. It functions normally.

Lol nah. If i was aiming for it to be clickbait, i would just admit it. I was DEAD ASS serious when i made the thread. I made it like 10 minutes after the auto eject thing happened because i woke up IMMEDIATELY when the PS4 turned on by itself.

You should keep your PS4 away from other PS4s. So the virus doesn't spread.

I'm glad that I have Wii U and Nintendo doesn't do this shit. Well anyway, I do want a PS4, but glad I'm waiting!
