After 9/11 and some would say before, America became what some would call "World Police". Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and rumors of war and little skirmishes around the rest of the world.
We have made Terrorist, despite what they say in videos and other propaganda, afraid of the United States. So what do they do? They attack our friends and neighboring countries so that they can still get their point across, but stay away from our Wrath. The only problem is that every other country suffers. Sure, America is safe, but what about our allies who have to bear the brunt of terrorism for us?
I just think the World would have been better off without America policing it.
What are you thoughts?

No, not really. Yes, America shares some of the blame, but terrorism, particularly from the Middle East has been a problem for decades. If you really want to trace all the problems going on over there back to one incident, you really could blame France and the UK for their handling of the Middle East after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire at the conclusion of World War I. First, they completely fucked up when redrawing the map for the Middle East. If you wonder why Iraq has so many faction problems, it's because some morons decided it was a good idea to create a small country that consisted of Shites, Kurds, Sunnis, jews, and Christians and that they would just get along. Then instead of letting these countries be free, they were treated like colonies for a few decades. It's no surprise that many in the Middle East were actually pro-Nazi during the second world war even by Nazi standards, they were considered the inferior race
Also, while I support the existence of Israel, the way the British handled the creation of that state was so ass backwards that the ramifications from that incident are still felt to this day. Also, the United States and the UK fucked up by assisting in the overthrow of Iran's democratically elected government in the 1950's. Iran would probably be a much better place today had that not happened. I can't leave the Russians out of these either. After all, the Middle East was treated like a chessboard during the Cold War. Remember Afghanistan? They were doing good for a while. If you were to look at pictures of Aghanistan from the mid 20th century, they were prospering. The women over there looked a lot like American women from the 1950's and 60's. Then there was the Soviet Unions invasion of Afghanistan. After that failed, the Taliban took over the weak nation and oppressed them and then the United States threw the Taliban out of power in a war that lasted 13 years.
With all this aggression brought on by the Western powers throughout the 20th century, is it really a surprise to anyone that these attacks are the result of nearly a century of resentment? It isn't just America and their war on terror or whatever the fuck it is now. Much of the world is responsible. So I say, if you want peace in the Middle East and you want these attacks to stop, then leave them the fuck alone for a change.
