Playstation Vue is supposed to be a substitute for people that use cable, PS+ is of course for online gaming and the IGC, while PSNow is for streaming games (for all hardware, not just Playstation 4 and Vita).
As has been said, they're entirely different services.

What is wrong with music unlimited?
I am spending much less now than I ever have on music, and listening to way more music from different genres and artists than I ever have. Plus its available on basically every device, and I don't have to do any syncing or transffering. I personally can not imagine ever being without some kind of digital music streaming service whether it is from Spotify, amazon, google, apple, etc.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

Well I think they are adapting to people's needs and offering choice and variety. I don't think those services will be targeted to a single person but instead to different demographics. To my needs I only need the plus, but offering other choices doesn't affect me too.
