Are you sure because I cant find the 399 anywhere.  All I see is 378.99 that will be in stock on january 12, it also shows the cheapest one from third parties which is 335.00

That looks like third parties to me, it also look like you sorted it from high to low

However, it takes a bit of searching through all the 'New' for sales on the Non-Kinect SKU but it's there:

And after I added it to my cart, the homepage has changed to show the AC Bundle as this:

It's still showing though that Amazon.com are selling it themselves for 399. However they are displaying 3rd party venders ahead of them for some reason. Perhaps it's a policy they have with their 'Fulfilled by Amazon' to show the cheapest price even if it's not sold by themselves. But that's just speculation

Maybe it's only the verified 3rd parties going through Amazon
