Most games I have played either didnt feature new characters or didnt feature memorable ones.
Somebody mentioned that dude from XY, seriously cant remember shit from that story. Black and White however was fucking amazing in story and characters. KIU was alright, can we count Dark Pit/Pittoo or was his debut SSBB??

Not really Nintendo characters, but i would love to see more of Chase McCain and Frank Honey. Lego City Undercover is such an underrated gem, and both games have sold well on their respective platforms. It would be great to get some sort of sequel.
