if this was multiplatform i doubt people would defend this game.

If it were "multiplatform", it really wouldn't be on WiiU.

It'll flop because its a third party game and the type of game your average wii u owner doesn't buy.

This plus it's a FPS game  the worst genre on a NIntendo System possible.

If it was a mario clone may have a chance.

I have to agree. I've tried Metroid Prime, Goldeneye (N64 and the Wii remaster), Turok, House of Dead Wii, among several others. Not a single good FPS has ever been on Nintendo console ever!

hardcore gamers aren't very different from mobile gamers as they both like crap and preferably the same crap recycled

seriously though good thread ;)

    R.I.P Mr Iwata :'(

I must admit, initially I did not care about this game, but after reading this thread and re-watching youtube videos of it, I am intrigued. I doubt it will sell well, but it looks to be a fun take/change-up to the tired CoD style game. Graphics definitely leave something to be desired, but looks like a PS3/360 CoD graphics.

Why not?

ok lets put it this way for you to understand.

If this game was in every home console system out there ( ps3, xbox360, wiiU and ps4/ xbone ) i doubt people would defend it like they do.

It wouldn't have to be defended. People would just shrug and say "The WiiU version won't sell well, it'll probably be the lazy port, but the PS and Xbox versions could still be great."

Clear sarcasm, so I'll just point zombi u isn't a fps.

Still cautiously optimistic about the game. If they manage to make it as fun and insane as the shown footage suggests I really don't care if it looks like trash. I'm playing and loving Mount & Blade: Warband and the graphics and animations in that game are beyond horrible.
They better not make it a glitchfest though, overly dysfunctional games doesn't deserve my attention. V_V

I'm pretty sure that the general consensus would be that it looks really shitty (graphics and gameplay) and nobody would really care about the game at all.

Not sure about that, plenty of people are hyped for No Man's Sky.

I'm personally not interested in Devil's Third either, but I'm curious to see the improvement the developer claimed.

Alyways nice to see a game improve the closer it gets to release date. Look at the difference between Yoshi's Woolly World at its announcement (January 2013) and E3 2014.

I just don't really like FPS or violent games. Unless it's sci-fi or in the past.

I don't even know what to say to that. What do you think looks shitty about No Man's Sky? (and I mean shitty and not just not to your taste)

I was basing my post on this video, which just looks horrible

Don't even know why they chose to show the game in this rough state.
