I don't see how this game cannot flop. Even if it gets stellar reviews and 200 GOTY awards(which it won't) it will barely sell more than a few 100k if at all.
Not even Bayo 2 got to 500k so far and that is with critical acclaim and lots of news coverage. Most Wii U owners don't even know DT exists. Remember No More Heroes? Sold barely above 500k despite being somewhat popular and released on sales juggernaut Wii.

Unless Nintendo gets its marketing machine rolling for this game I don't see it selling above 200k LT.

It's going to be a rad game. I think a lot of the oldschool core gamers who own Wii Us will pick it up and have a blast playing the MP. The plebs can have their HALO/Call of Banality

In all seriousness, i think DT looks great, completely crazy and over the top and with what looks to be a great multiplayer mode. Another niche gem for my niche console, niche ftw

I do agree it will flop hard, no explanation needed about that. It will flop so hard, it'll probably sell negative numbers. Wonderful 101 will look good.

According to our friends here at VG chartz, No more heroes has sold 550k, and its sequel 380k. 

I read that chart too but apparently I'm too stupid to read tables. 550k it is.

This plus it's a FPS game  the worst genre on a NIntendo System possible.
